The clinic is inside Castle Royle on Bath Road, the A4, in Knowl Hill, Reading, RG10 9XA. Knowl Hill sits about five miles west of Maidenhead town centre on the A4, roughly halfway between Maidenhead and Twyford.
Worth knowing before you set off: we are not in Maidenhead town centre. We are a ten minute drive out along the A4, and there is free parking waiting for you when you arrive, which is not something the town centre can offer.
Driving from Maidenhead, Twyford and Wargrave
- From Maidenhead: about five miles west on the A4 (Bath Road). Around ten minutes outside rush hour.
- From Twyford: about three miles east on the A4. Under ten minutes.
- From Wargrave: a short drive via the A321 and then east on the A4.
- From Reading: east on the A4 through Sonning and Twyford.
- From Henley-on-Thames: south on the A4130, then east on the A4.

Parking at Castle Royle
There is free on-site parking directly outside, with no time limit and no charge. You do not need to book a space or register your car. Access from the car park to the clinic is on the level.
Getting here by train or bus
The nearest railway stations are Twyford and Maidenhead, both a short taxi ride from the clinic. The 127 bus runs along the A4 between Maidenhead and Knowl Hill. Most of our patients drive, and the free parking is the reason.
